[sonar-dev] cxx-maven-plugin v0.0.5 still under developpement

Hi,

I recently added few improvements to unofficial cxx-maven-plugin.

it now integrate :

- primary supports of qmake tool chain, see cxx-maven-plugin:qmake

- an enhanced version of gcovr.py script for cxx-maven-plugin:coverage 

- an enhanced support of maven multi-source directory configuration, see cxx-maven-plugin:addsource 

 => Usefull to locate sources files during sonar:sonar run with sonar-cxx-plugin
