So as you can see - this is not the same error: previously we talked about "Unable to completely parse the file" due to "(-1)" at the end of preprocessed files, which according to your log seems to be fixed.
Moreover this is not an error - this is a warning. You can ignore this warning if it doesn't lead to parse errors and incorrect analysis, which seems to be the case - file was analysed by Sonar and you can browse results of analysis via Web UI.
